ELMER LEE HICKS of Lanham, Maryland passed away on Sunday, November 29, 2009. He was 81 years old. A graveside service will held at 10:45 am, Thursday, December 3, 2009 at Crownsville Maryland Veterans Cemetery. Military Honors will be presented. His survivors include his beloved wife and friend of more than 58 years, Mary Jane (Janie) Hicks whom he married on January 20, 1951; two daughters Terri Lee Buri (&Jack) of Paducah, KY and Nancy Sue Vermillion of Annapolis, MD. Elmer had three grandchildren, Paul, Karlee, and Kathy; and three great grandchildren, Gage, Jaydn, and Jack.
