?On Wednesday, January 13, 2016, of Bowie, MD. Beloved husband of the late Roberta D. Palumbo; loving father of Kenneth G. Palumbo, Robert F. Palumbo (Carolyn), Melissa A. Thompson (James), and Francis J. Palumbo, Jr. (Bobbi); also survived by four grandchildren and a long-time friend, Lucy Robbins. A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, January 30, 2016 from 2 to 4pm at the family-owned BEALL FUNERAL HOME, 6512 NW Crain Hwy. (Rte. 3 South), Bowie, MD. Funeral and interment private. If desired, contributions may be made to Hospice of the Chesapeake, 90 Ritchie Hwy., Pasadena, MD 21122.
