Our dear beloved husband and father who departed on October 27, 2014. Sadly missed by wife, Belinda Frankly; daughters, Althia & Alishia; mother, Margaret; Sister-in-law, Benevah; aunts, uncles, many relatives and friends. Memorial service will be at 1:00pm on Saturday, November 8, 2014 at Village Baptist Church, 1950 Mitchellville Rd., Bowie, MD.
