On Wednesday, March 20, 2013, Philip T. Ziegler passed peacefully away surrounded by his family. Philip was a loving husband to Rosanne, father to Shaun and Sarah, and grandfather to Shaun Jr. He was a very avid book reader as well as collector and enjoyed watching his Westerns. Philip also loved the frequent family vacations to Ocean City, MD. Although a very serious man most of the time, he had a smile that would brighten up any circumstance.
