On Saturday evening, Ruby Lee Bell, widow of Donald B. Bell, departed this life for another. She leaves behind two sons, Wallace and Lance Bell and a daughter, Hilda Strehle; ten grandchildren, Jody, Judy, Wallace II, Allen; Lance, Nathan, Andrea; Laura, Lynette, and Lydia. Nine great-grandchildren; Deana, Emily, Mitchell, Ruby II, Aidan, Chloe; Joshua, Sofia, and Ava. Contributions in her memory may be made to Hospice of The Chesapeake (Mandrin) 3675 Solomons Island Road, Harwood, MD 20776.
