Charles E. Williams (Chuck) was Born to Herman E. Williams and Ruby Elizabeth Johnson in Frederick County, Virginia on January 13th. 1939. He is survived by a sister, Marie Williams North of Front Royal,Virginia, a daughter and two sons. Tina L. Williams Dickerson of Knoxville, Tennessee, John W. Williams of Bowie, Maryland, and Gregory Williams of Virginia, nine grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. Charles is a veteran of the Army, worked a brief period as a police officer in Knoxville, Tennessee, and spent many years as an over-the-road truckdriver until his health became an issue and was forced to retire. Subsequently, he became a double amputee due to a heart related illness. He was an avid bowler and took part in a league known as the Moonstrikers to pass his time as a retiree. His last days were spent in the home of His son, John W. Williams and daughter-in law, Sherri L. Williams.
