Joseph A. Rollman

On Thursday, January 29, 2009, Joseph A. Rollman, 83, of Crofton, MD passed away at Baltimore Washington Medical Center in Glen Burnie, MD. Mr. Rollman was born on October 4, 1925 in Washington, D.C. He was an avid gardner, a U.S. Marine Corps. WWII Veteran, a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Crofton, MD and worked 40 years with Verizon as a Manager/Director. He was predeceased by his wife, Marie S. Rollman.Survivors include his children, Donna Conlon (John J., Jr.) of La Plata, MD, Barbara Klein (Stan) of Odenton, MD, Karen Harshaw of Gambrills, MD, Maureen Meister (John) of Westminster, MD, Timothy Rollman (Melissa) of Savage, MD and Teresa Rollman of Crofton, MD; siblings, Mary Hoffman (Jack) of Marlo Heights, MD and Gordon Rollman (Betty) of New Hampshire; 11 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild. Family will receive friends at the family owned BEALL FUNERAL HOME, 6512 NW Crain Hwy. (Rte. 3 South), Bowie, MD on Friday, February 6, 2009 from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00pm, where a funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 7, 2009 at 11:00am. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
