Cheryl J. Carter

Cheryl (Cheri) J. Carter, Born Cheryl J. Gawronski, on January 10, 1947 age 75, passed away on 06/03/2022 at Christiana Hospital in DE from a Brain Aneurysm. She was wife to Gary D. Carter. They shared 55 years of marriage together.

Born in Dunkirk, NY she was the Daughter of Nancy and Harry Gawronski. She attended Lakawanna High School. She was a mother, secretary and book keeper over her 75 years, but always a mother first. She enjoyed doing puzzles, gardening, cooking, and spending time with her friends and family.

Cheri is survived by her husband Gary D. Carter, son and daughter in law Thomas/ Jennifer S. Carter , NANA to the Joy of her life Anthony D. Carter, Sister Bonnie/ Bill Bolling and Brother Harry/Brenda Gawronski. She had one niece, Rene, and 2 nephews, Jimmy and Jeremy, thru Nancy and 2 nephews, DJ and Bill, thru Bonnie.  She is predeceased by David M. Carter (son) and Nancy (Feetie) Robinson, sister.

The visitation for Mrs. Carter will take place on Thursday, June 9^th, 2022, at Beall Funeral Home in Bowie MD, beginning 11:00am.  The funeral service will begin promptly at 1:00pm at Beall Funeral Home, with interment taking place afterwards, Lakemont Memorial Gardens in Davidsonville, MD.  Immediately following all services, there will be a repast at the Elks Lodge Bowie, MD No. 2309 - 1506 Defense Hwy, Gambrills, MD 21054.  The repast will conclude at 6:00pm.
