On Wednesday, February 8, 2023, Constance John, went home to be with her Lord and Savior. She was born June 12,1931 in Guyana South America. She was a loving mother of 8 children the late Selwyn John, the late Randolph John, Arnette John, Janice Sydney, Gerald John, Leon John, Mervin John and Dexter John, 20 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.

After graduating High school, Constance embarked on a career in teaching particularly English Arts. That career would stretch all throughout her life from little town of New Amsterdam, Guyana to the big city of New York, USA where she taught Preschool kids.

Constance loved poetry and spent most of her time composing poems.   She loved reciting them to her family and friends. She enjoyed tending to her home and her flower garden and particularly loved red roses.

She was a chatty person who loved to tell her life story and entertained the audience for hours as she vividly told each story.

Constance was a smart, strong, and sassy woman. A strong personality that was loved by many.

She will be TRULY missed.
