Dean Justin Chewning

Dean Justin Chewning, our loving son, brother, and friend, died on July 13, 2019.

Dean was a lifelong resident of Bowie, MD.   He was an excellent student throughout his academic career and enjoyed tutoring struggling students.  Dean was also a proud member of the ROTC in High School.

His love of auto mechanics found him a valued employee of Bowie Shell for many years.  The hobbies he enjoyed included fishing, target shooting, and playing chess.

Dean was passionate, gregarious and generous to a fault; best known for always helping others.

Dean was predeceased by his mother Sharon; and he is survived by his father, Neal; his brother John along with his wife and children, and his brother Neal and his daughter.
