Fred D. Coombs

Fred D. Coombs departed this life suddenly on Monday, December 26, 2022. Born on September 27, 1958 in Washington, DC, Fred resided in Severna Park, MD.

 

Previously employed by Georgetown University Hospital, he is also a veteran of the U.S. Army.

 

Fred is survived by his daughter Lakeeta Burnette, granddaughter Nyazja Burnette, and grandson Kayden Johnson and son-in-law Andre Johnson. He also leaves to cherish his memory three sisters: Jeanette Jackson, Rose Nichols and Carolyn Peterson; two brothers: Vernon Peterson and John Peterson and a host of nieces and nephews. Fred was predeceased by his father George Aloisius Coombs, mother Juanita Gilchrist Peterson Coates; and sister Brenda Valdespino.

 

He will be sorely missed!
