Glenn A. Davis

April 21, 1955 — November 26, 2023

Queen Anne

Glenn A. Davis, 68, of Queen Anne, MD, passed away in Easton, MD on November 26, 2023, surrounded by his daughters and sons-in-law.

He was born in Hanover, MD on April 21, 1955, to Arthur (Otts) and Beatrice (Sis) Davis. Glenn was the youngest of 5 children. With 17 years between the children, Sis would have diapers on one end of the clothesline and a Navy uniform on the other.

Glenn loved classic cars, but what he loved most in this world were his two daughters, Deanna and Emily. He prided himself on maintaining a close relationship with both of them, even into their adult lives. As an active father, Glenn ensured he supported his girls whether the activity was ensuring each of them made it down their respective wedding aisles in style to participating in a daily family group text messaging chat, where he loved to receive pictures of his grandson, Alex, and grand-dog, Radar. Glenn looked forward to his daily morning phone calls with Alexander on his way to school.

Glenn was a talented carpenter. Working for himself the majority of his life, he could build anything from scratch. He also had a passion for classic cars, especially his Gold ’67 Pontiac GTO.

Glenn was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Beatrice Davis. He is survived by his daughter Deanna Stotler, son-in-law Ryan, grandson Alexander, daughter Emily Dudley, and son-in-law Tim, brothers Billy Davis (Connie), Dick Davis (Lisa), Donald Davis (Joan) and sister, Carole Neff (Butch). An animal lover through and through, Glenn would be happy to know his beloved orange tabby, Tater, is safely being cared for by family.

A celebration of Glenn’s life will be held between 2:00pm through 4:00pm on Monday, December 4, 2023 at the Beall Funeral Home, 6512 Crain Hwy, Bowie, MD.
