Harper Gene Proctor was born February 4^th 2019 to Victoria and Bryan Proctor. She was an only child. We were blessed to have Harper in our lives for two years. She came into our lives unexpectedly. We believe she was divinely sent from God for His purpose.

In her short life, God’s purpose was achieved.

She is survived by her parents Victoria and Bryan Proctor, grandparents William and Emogene Proctor, Suzanne J. Bennett, Reginald D. Bennett (Angela M.) and a host of other relatives.
