J. Allen (Dilley) Bell, age 56 passed away April 25, 2021 in his sleep. Allen was born at Providence Hospital in Washington, DC October 3, 1964. Allen was born to his mother Lorraine Rebecca Smith and father Harold Allen Dilley.
Allen leaves behind his partner of 20 years Renee Pruitt; mother Ruth Ann Bell; sister Jody Davis; nieces Deanna, Emily, Ruby and nephew Michell.

A gathering will be held at Beall Funeral in Bowie, MD on Monday May 3, 2021 from 5-7pm.
