Entered peacefully into eternal rest on May 5, 2026. Beloved husband of Deborah Minor Neclos and father to four children, Danielle Mudd-Neclos, Krystle Mudd-Neclos, Matthew Mudd-Neclos, and Sonia Mudd. Also survived by his 6 grandchildren, Chloe Sanders, Chyna Johnson, Kyree Mudd-Neclos, Lance Rimaihi, Leslie Johnson, and Milani Mudd-Neclos. James also leaves three great grandchildren, Addison Johnson, Carter Johnson, and Jordan Rimaihi, as well as four nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives. Family and friends are invited to celebrate the life of James Neclos on Thursday, June 4, 2026 at Beall Funeral Home, Bowie, MD. The Memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm.
