Jeannine Marie Mulhare, age 54, of Bowie, Maryland, passed away peacefully at home on June 15, 2021. She was the beloved wife of Richard Mulhare, Jr, and survived by her three children, Richard Mulhare III, Megan Paquin (J.C.), and Sean Mulhare, as well as her nephews and nieces, Matthew DeVincentz, Rachel DeVincentz, Daniel Frank, Joseph Frank, Katherine Frank, and Luke Frank. She was born in Bethesda, Maryland, to Larry and Betsy Frank, and was the oldest sister of four siblings, survived by Amy DeVincentz, Kristina Frank (Blaine), and Timothy Frank (Clarissa). Jenny grew up in Adelphi, Maryland, and was a graduate of Regina High School class of 1984.
Jenny was a devout Catholic her entire life, and lived her life as a stellar example of service to others. Jenny’s career consisted of 34 years of dedicated, loving service to the Archdiocese of Washington, especially in the office of Priestly Vocations and St. John Paul II Seminary, where she was devoted to the formation and development of future priests. She is beloved by the seminarians and priests she served so well.
Jenny’s passions in life were her family and the beach, and her mantra was “Be Kind”. She asked for nothing but kindness, and only wanted those around her to be loved and cared for.
In her final days, Jenny was surrounded by her family around the clock, and still her only complaint was that her children weren’t outside enjoying life. On the night before she passed, Jenny’s last request was mango Italian ice and chocolate custard, and her eyes lit up later that night when it arrived.
