Jo Ann Green

Jo Ann Jones Green, of Bowie, MD passed away on April 9^th 2024. She was preceded in death by her parents, Leslie A. Jones and Berlie Cole Jones of Del Rio, TN; husband Edward Green of Bowie, MD; daughter Karen Green Grebenstein of Laurel, MD; sister Mary Lou Jones O’Brian of Dale City, VA; and brother John J. Jones of White Pine, TN.

She is survived by her Son-in-law, Scott Grebenstein of Laurel, MD; grandchildren William Grebenstein, Columbia, MD and Katherine Grebenstein, Cincinnati, OH; brother, Charles L. Jones, Newport, TN; sister Nancy L. Stokely and husband John L. Stokely, White Pine, TN.

Born on June 16, 1935 in Del Rio, TN she was the oldest of five children. In 1954 she graduated from Cocke County High School and moved to Washington, DC where she worked for the FBI until she retired.
