Kathleen Anne Lyons

          Kathleen has always been a natural caretaker. She was a dental assistant for Dr. Fox for ten years and worked as a Health Aid at Matthew Henson Elementary School for over 20 years. These skills spilled over to her ability to care for her family. Through patience, determination, and adoring love Kathleen nursed our father for 15 years as he battled several types of cancer. Kathleen was an excellent cook, gardener, and had the unique ability to always say the right thing at the right time to help her family and friends through struggles.

          Kathleen was preceded in death by her husband John P Lyons, her father Edwin Kolb, her mother Ann Kolb, her father-in-law Thomas Lyons, and her mother-in-law Cecilia Lyons. Kathleen is survived by her daughters; Kelley Seidleck (Jeff), Betsy Nalesnik (Matt), Jeanne Beard (Trenton); son Michael Lyons (Stacy); Grandchildren: Justin, Michael, Jessica, Tim, Chris, Meghan, Johnny, Sean, J.T., Kathleen, J.P., Patrick, and Katy and 2 Great Grandchildren: Shepherd and Hazel.
