Kathy E. Guilfoy passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 2, 2018, surrounded by family. Kathy worked for the U.S. House of Representatives for more than 30 years, followed by 8 years with the Association of American Railroads before her retirement. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Amy and Gerald Inglesby, and their children, Sarah and Owen. She is also survived by her sister and brother-in-law, Donna and David Campbell, brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Juanita Diehl, and sister-in-law Betty Diehl. Family will receive friends Wednesday, August 8, 2018 from 5 to 8pm at Beall Funeral Home, 6512 NW Crain Hwy., Bowie, MD where a funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 9, 2018 at 10:30am. Interment Lakemont Memorial Gardens, Davidsonville, MD.
