Larry Christian

 

   Larry served in the Navy as an airman on the USS Franklin D. Roosevelt and was honorably discharged with a National Defense Medal. 

He was a member of the American Legion Post # 0066 Bowie, Md. He later made his career in telecommunications working for different phone companies over the years.

 

   An avid golfer, Larry had a second family for years at Glendale Golf Course. As well, he was a big Redskins, Nationals and Capitals fan. He also enjoyed a good game of Texas Hold em with his poker buddies.

 

   Larry was a beloved son, brother, husband, uncle, and friend to many. He leaves behind his loving wife of 43 years Angie, sister-in-law Julia Christian, brother-in-law Mike Ceresa, nieces, nephews as well as great nieces and nephews. Those who knew him would say he was a good man with a kind heart and a generous soul..

 

   There will be no services at this time. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Wounded Warrior Project, a cause that was dear to his heart.
