Leticia F. Dulce

September 29, 1938 — January 8, 2026

Bowie, MD

Leticia Fabro Dulce was born on September 29, 1938, in Tagudin, Ilocos Sur, the youngest daughter of Severino Fabro and Marcela Villanueva. From the very beginning, she lived a life shaped by humility, grace, and quiet strength. She never sought praise or recognition, yet her presence left a lasting imprint on every heart she encountered. Her life was a living prayer love expressed through service, faith, and selfless care for others.

She was the beloved wife of the late Zosimo Dulce, her partner in life, love, and sacrifice. Together, they built a home grounded in devotion, perseverance, and unwavering commitment. As a mother, Leticia gave her entire heart to her three children—Alexander (married to Mathet), Josephine (married to Ferdie), and her youngest, Cris (married to Joan). Her love as a mother was gentle yet steadfast, nurturing yet strong, always placing her family above herself.

Her greatest joy bloomed most fully in her role as a grandmother. Her five precious grandchildren—Agatha Therese, Alexander John, Zarah Jody, Lindsey Mavis, and Aiva were the light of her days and the deepest pride of her heart. In their laughter, she found happiness; in their presence, she found peace. They were her comfort, her joy, and the living continuation of her love.

From a young age, Leticia carried herself with discipline, humility, and a deep love for learning. She was a consistent honor student at St. Augustine and later an alumna of Arellano University. Yet beyond her academic accomplishments, it was her character—quiet, patient, and kind—that truly defined her. She lived not with loud words, but with meaningful actions that spoke volumes.

For nearly fifty years, Leticia faithfully served Saint Theresa College in the Home Economics Sewing Department. Sewing was never just a profession—it was her calling and her joy. With every lesson she taught and every student she guided, she poured her heart into her work. Her colleagues and staff became family, and even after retirement, she was welcomed back with open arms—a testament to how deeply she was loved, respected, and needed. Through her gentle patience and tireless dedication, she shaped generations of students, teaching them not only how to sew, but how to work with dignity, care, and pride.

Leticia’s hands were truly a blessing. With every stitch and every carefully embroidered detail, she created garments filled with beauty and meaning. Her sewing was an expression of love—a quiet offering of herself to others—woven with patience, creativity, and grace. What she made with her hands carried her heart within it.

In her younger years, she found happiness in traveling with her siblings, nieces, and close friends, cherishing moments of togetherness and shared laughter. She lived with an open and generous heart, always ready to help—guiding relatives back to school, helping them find work,

and offering support without ever expecting recognition or gratitude. Her generosity was humble, sincere, and deeply rooted in love.

Above all, Leticia was a woman of deep and unwavering faith. She trusted God through every season of her life—both joyful and difficult. Her faith was her anchor, her comfort, and her guiding light. It was reflected not only in her prayers, but in the way she lived—with compassion, forgiveness, and quiet strength.

Leticia Fabro Dulce leaves behind a legacy of love that cannot be measured by time. It lives on in the lives she uplifted, the hearts she comforted, and the family she nurtured with unconditional love. Though she now rests in God’s eternal embrace, her presence remains—felt in quiet moments, remembered in loving stories, and carried forever in the hearts of those who loved her.

Scripture Closing:

“Well done, good and faithful servant… Enter into the joy of your Lord.” — Matthew 25:23

She will be deeply missed, endlessly loved, and forever remembered.
