Murray Chisholm Crocker

July 31, 1955 — March 19, 2021

Murray Chisholm Crocker Jr., 65, passed away unexpectedly March 19, 2021 doing what he loved most, working on trucks. Murray was born on July 31, 1955 to his parents Murray Crocker Sr. and Elizabeth Ashley. Murray served five years in the United States Army. Murray spent his career as a mechanic, dedicating the last fifteen years to K. Neal Truck and Bus Center. The simplest pleasures in life brought great joy to Murray (Crocker), like Hershey’s Chocolate bars. In Murray’s free time, he enjoyed watching documentaries, National Geographic, or outlandish Sci-Fi shows. Murray was a man of many stories and a lifetime of knowledge (he could literally tell you anything about everything). Murray was a beloved, family man that always kept his loved ones close to his heart. Murray never forgot a loved one’s birthday and never missed a special event. Murray was the type of man that would take his hard-earned money and give it to someone he thought needed it more than he did, even if that meant he would go without. Murray would drop what he was doing at the drop of a hat to come and help someone. Murray is survived by his loving wife of 37 years Debra Crocker, his four children Michael, Matthew, Susan, and Robert and their spouses, many sister and brother in-laws and their spouses his four siblings Jay, Sandy, Debbie, and Betty and their spouses, and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. All he loved and touched deeply. In Murray’s short 65 years of life, he touched the hearts of so many. We will miss his love, wit, and kind words that he spread to the world. May his friends and family find peace and comfort knowing that he left behind lasting memories that no one will ever forget.
