Nancy, 90, passed away peacefully on September 3, 2026, surrounded by her family.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Terry; parents, Helen and Guido LaMark; sister, Babe LaMark; sister and brother-in-law, Carol and Dominick (Cut) Cuteri; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Paul and LaVern Tierney; Dee and Margaret Marnhout; and nephew, Michael Foley.

Nancy was a devoted homemaker who dedicated much of her life to caring for her family. She also worked at the local elementary schools and later at Bendix Field Engineering, where she was known for her dedication and strong work ethic.

Nancy found joy in the simple things in life and loved making memories. She was known by many loving nicknames, including Nancy Jean, Mrs. T, MomMom, and Momma Jones. She loved traveling to new places, playing bingo, trying her luck at the slots, spending time with her dachshunds, enjoying a hot cup of tea, and being a die-hard Pittsburgh Steelers fan.

Above all, Nancy treasured her family. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin and friend who gave her family a lifetime of love, memories, and stories to carry with them. Her sense of humor truly came through in her golden years. Nancy was known for being a wonderful cook who made the best homemade spaghetti sauce. Her strength, humor, kindness, and unconditional love will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Nancy leaves behind a family who will forever cherish her memory and the countless moments they shared together.

She is survived by her daughters, Kelly Ednock (former son-in-law Dale), Kerry (Sean) Knaly, and Heather Travers (Mark Thursby); her son, George; her grandchildren, Jake Knaly, Wade Knaly (Katie), Gavan Knaly, Alec Travers, and Kyle Travers; along with Berkeley Thursby, Rowland Thursby, and Brightyn Thursby; her great-grandchildren, Kennedy Knaly and Brinston Thursby; as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
