Nikia M. Peters

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the untimely passing of Nikia Michelle Peters, which occurred Sunday, November 26, 2023.  Nikia, affectionately called, “My Woman” by her surviving husband of over 20 years, Phillip J. Peters, also leaves to grieve her beautiful daughter Mackenzie L. Peters, father Keith B. Diggs, Sr.; brother Keith B. Diggs, Jr., (Sam); and sister Maya L. Diggs. Although her mother, Valerie “Michelle” Davis proceeded her in death, we honor her loving memory with Nikia’s.

Family and friends are welcome to celebrate her life on December 9, 2023, at Peace Lutheran Church, located at 15 49^th Pl, NE Washington DC 20019, viewing at 10am, services at 11am.
