Richard R. Phelps, 41, of Gambrills MD, beloved son of Susan Phelps passed away on June 2nd, 2023. Richard was born on July 8th, 1982, in Washington D.C. to Richard Lee and Susan Phelps.
He is predeceased by his father, Richard L. Phelps and his brother Eric Anthony Phelps.
He is survived by his brother Nicholas Phelps and sister Gabriella Phelps. He is also survived by his two sons Dominic and Kainan Phelps. As well as grandmother Carolyn Antonelli and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
The viewing will be on Thursday, June 8th, 2023 from 6:00-8:00pm at Beall Funeral Home. There will be a mass of Christian burial at Our Lady of the Fields Catholic Church on Friday, June 9th, 2023, 11:00am. Interment to immediately follow in Our Lady of the Fields Catholic Church Cemetery.
