She especially had a love for traveling and cruising ,where many beautiful memories were made with family and friends.Ruth was the loving wife of Joel Spies, with whom she shared a beautiful life filled with traveling, love and family. She was a cherished stepmother to Stephanie Spies, Steve Spies (Carrie Spies) She embraced her family with love and became an important part of their lives.She was also sister to Jane Pardoe (Dan) Aunt to Sam Poe (Brian) and a proud grandmother to Krista Arnold (Zach Arnold), Devin McLain, Hank Spies, and Pearl Spies, and a loving great-grandmother to Jade, Joel, Paisley, and Daxon. Ruth will be remembered for the love she gave, the memories she created, and the special place she held in the hearts of her family. Her presence brought something special to the lives of those around her, and she will be deeply missed by everyone who had the privilege of knowing and loving her.Though she is no longer with us, her memory will live on through her family, the stories we share, and the love she left behind.Rest peacefully, Ruthie .
