Born in Arkansas to John Howard Robb and Edith L. Robb, Grammy, along with her family, was a unique blessing from God. She lost her father at age 11 and grew up in St. Louis during the Great Depression and World War II. She met and married Leonard Posa in 1952, and they remained devoted to one another until his passing in 2019. Grammy cherished her husband and family above all else. She was always there for her children, nieces, and nephews. She spoke of the Lord always and shared His love with those around her. Through her faith and example, she taught others about His greatness, grace, and mercy. She believed that Jesus never lost one who was given to Him, and that each of us was created in His image and loved by Him. She encouraged all of us to follow Him with all our hearts, minds, and souls. Grammy believed that family is a gift from God that should be cherished and nurtured. She always reminded us to place our trust in God and lean not on our own understanding. Her life reflected her deep faith in Jesus and her love for her family.

She could have reflected on the hardships, but she always, always focused on the blessings the LORD had given her, and her faith in Him carried her. Even in her final days, her faith remained unwavering. She was welcomed home with the words, “Well done, my good, and faithful servant.”, and she finished her race with joy. As with others, all she has done is moved back home, and she is now in that Great Throne Room with her Lord and Master.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard M. Posa; her daughter, Mary Elizabeth (Posa) Fitzgerald; her brothers, Jack, George, and Howard Robb; and her sister, Pat Broeker. She is survived by her sister, Elizabeth Evans; her daughters, Margaret (Chris) Posa and Patti (Tim) Mason; her son-in-law, Donald Fitzgerald, husband of her late daughter, Mary Elizabeth Fitzgerald; her grandchildren, Corinne, Garrett (Sara), Michael (Cassandra), and Jonathan Fitzgerald; her great-grandchildren, Vivienne (Spencer), Remy, Zeke, Jamie, and Bri; and countless nieces and nephews.

Ephesians 1:17-21 - that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him, the eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, and what is the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe, according to the working of His mighty power which He worked in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places, far above all principality and power and might and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in that which is to come.
