On Friday, September 21, 2018, of Bowie, MD. Beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. She is survived by her daughter, Susan McDowell, son-in-law, Thomas McDowell, grandchildren, Rodney and Tiffany McDowell, James Fletcher, IV and great-grandsons, Devin McDowell and Drew Gowen. Graveside service will be held at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
