Tammy was born and raised in SE Washington, DC. She then later moved to Temple Hills, MD in 1976 where she attended Potomac Sr. High School. Together, they built a beautiful family, raised six wonderful children and cherished 41 years of marriage. Years later, Tammy joined the Bethel Commandment Temple of God under the leadership of the late Bishop Theodore L. Jones. Tammy’s pride and joy were her six children and her seven adored grandchildren. She cherished every moment spent with them, watching them grow and thrive.

Tammy was a devoted homemaker who found great joy in taking care of her family. In 2001, Tammy later joined the Bethel Deliverance Outreach Ministries (BDOM) under the leadership of Bishop Alonzo M. Walker, Sr. She was an active member of her church, where her faith and love for God were evident to all who knew her. Tammy also enjoyed traveling, with Cancun, Mexico, being her favorite destination, where she created many cherished memories with her loved ones. In her downtime, she found comfort and relaxation in watching her favorite TV shows.

Tammy is survived by her loving husband, Willy Fenelus, and their six children: Shannah Bowles, Erica Fenelus, Rebecca Ramey, Willy Fenelus Jr., Dominique Fenelus, and TiLisna Fenelus. She was also a cherished mother-in-law to Brandon Bowles and Darrell Ramey. She also leaves behind a multitude of other cherished people that includes her 5 living sisters, 2 brothers-in-law, cousins, nieces, nephews, church family and friends.
