Mary Grace Chrissotimos

Mary Grace Chrissotimos passed away on October 29, 2019 after over 37 years of battling Multiple Sclerosis. She was resilient and did not let the disease prevent her from living her life to the fullest. Mary was born on August 17, 1951 in Brooklyn, New York. She was the first of four daughters to Walter and Adeline Laliberte, both of whom are deceased.

Mary is survived by her husband of 45 years Nick, her three children Christopher his wife Rosemarie, Melissa Bronson her husband Dave, and Jennifer Lebo her husband Joseph, her six grandchildren Samantha, Dominick, Ava Grace, Ellia Nicole, Theodore and Nico, and her sisters Eilleen Laliberte, Elizabeth DiBenedetto and Rachel Durso.

Mary worked as an admin at Brooklyn Jewish Hospital before she and Nick moved to Maryland. Mary was a stay at home mother raising her three children before going back to work. She was an excellent cook. With the help of her mother, grandmother, mother-in-law, and Nick’s Yia Yia, she mastered both Italian and Greek culinary arts. Mary loved to do both ceramics and stained glass work.

Her favorite vacations were spent at the beaches along the Atlantic coast. She was devoted to her family spending many hours and days taking her children to their various sporting events and the community pool.
